Safety Notice: The glass container can break without contact or temperature change, posing a possible injury hazard.

Description: The recall involves Glass Food Cubes. A set of four glass cubes come with four colored, rubberized plastic lids and fit in one storage tray. The cubes were sold in 2-ounce and 4-ounce sizes. The lid colors and trays of the affected lot of 2-ounce cubes include: pink, blue, and green. The lid colors and trays of the affected lot of 4-ounce cubes include: pink, blue, green, and yellow. The cubes can be identified by the following UPCs:
Tracking Codes: 32414V05336 or 13815V05336 are located on the bottom of the package, above the UPC. Respective tracking dials 11-41 or 5-15 are located on the bottom of the tray and on the inside of the lids.
Remedy: Consumer should immediately stop using the food cubes and return the product to i play., Inc. in a padded envelope for a $50 credit to use at iplaybaby.com.
Incidents or Injury: 15 reported incidents without any injury
Sold at: buybuy BABY and Whole Foods stores nationwide and online at Amazon.com, Diapers.com, Drugstore.com, Target.com, and Babyhaven.com from June 26, 2015 through December 16, 2015.
