Manufacturing Practices

We believe that it is the responsibility of the manufacturer to monitor safety standards for their products. We choose suppliers who are in alignment with our principles and offer innovation, high quality, safety standards, and competitive prices.

All vendors must sign an agreement stating that they will provide a safe and fair working environment. This includes, but is not limited to child labor, forced labor, health and safety, discrimination, discipline, working hours, and compensation. We do an annual assessment and give a “Supplier of the Year” award.

Additional measures include:

  • Vendor scorecard
  • Office in China for safety checks, quality control, and effective communication
  • Third-party testing

Reducing our negative impact and making positive changes are in a process of ongoing improvement in our choice of materials, through our manufacturing processes, and daily activities

  • Use of natural and sustainable resources in products
