How do orders ship?
All orders are shipped via FedEx within 5-7 business days
How much will shipping cost?
FedEx ground shipping rates within the continental USA:
Orders less than $25: $6.00 shipping costs
Orders between $25-$50: $8.00 shipping costs
Orders over $50: FREE Ground Shipping
Additional shipping costs may be added to all customers in HI and AK. We currently do not ship outside of the USA.
Do you ship to Alaska & Hawaii?
Yes, we do ship to Alaska and Hawaii. These orders will be shipped USPS or FedEx, and additional shipping charges may apply.
Do you ship to other U.S. territories?
Yes, we do ship to other U.S. territories. These orders will be shipped USPS or FedEx, and additional shipping charges may apply.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO addresses. These orders will be shipped with USPS.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the United States, however our products are available through select international retailers. To see a list of retailers by country, please visit our store locator.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email providing you with tracking information.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Depending on your shipping location, it could take 7-10 business days from the time your order is processed.
Returning a Product
How can I return my order?
As a part of our product guarantee, we want you to be 100% satisfied with every product you receive. Please complete this form and we will contact you to begin the return process.
Does i play., Inc. offer a product warranty?
Quality is a top priority for us, which is why we perform an inspection on a percentage of all of our products in our Asheville distribution center. In addition, all i play., Inc. products are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of your purchase. Specific care instructions are provided for our products, and issues related to poor care/misuse of a product will not be considered a manufacturer’s defect. Upon receiving an order, each customer is responsible for adequately reviewing their new products. Any requests after one year from the date of a purchase may not be acknowledged. If a product is defective or the return is a result of our error, i play., Inc. will pay the return shipping costs.

Seeing babies enjoying our products is always encouraging and fulfilling. When you share a photo of your baby, tag @iplaybaby or use the hashtags #iplaybaby, #greensprouts, #growhealthy, and #growhealthygrowhappy and we may share your photo with the rest of our audience. In the event that we share a photo, and you would like us to remove it for any reason, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will you ever share my personal information?
We understand the sensitivity of your personal information and we will never share your information with other parties. When you place an order, we do ask for your email address so we can send you updates regarding your order and keep you up to date on exciting news and promotions. If you no longer wish you receive emails, you may remove yourself from our email list at any time. All other personal information is used for order processing purposes and is kept private and secure.

How long have you been in business?
Becky Cannon founded i play.® in 1982 out of a desire to share the natural products she used as a mother with other parents. Becky had her first daughter, Emi, while living in Japan, where she studied natural foods and taught at the Dream Window Kindergarten for three years. After moving back to the States, and while preparing for the birth of her second daughter, Mari, Becky missed the unique baby products she discovered while living abroad. Soon, Becky began importing wool diaper covers from Japan in order to make them available for other parents in the States. Today, Becky, Emi, and Mari are the mother-daughter owners of i play., Inc., and they continue to focus on creating the best baby-friendly products for other families. What started with one mail-order item has grown into a family of brands, offering hundreds of natural baby products. Explore more about our story.

Our top priority at i play., Inc. is the health and happiness of the children we create products for. Since 1982, we have been paying close attention to the importance of using natural materials, as well as avoiding potentially harmful substances in the manufacturing of our products. Our merchandise undergoes extensive testing and adheres to strict safety standards. All of our products are formaldehyde, BPA- and PVC-free. We believe it is our responsibility to monitor the quality of our products, and we are continually researching ways to make safer products at an affordable price.
